My training as a biotechnology engineer gave me a foundation in complex systems. I bring curiosity about context, relationships and underlying patterns to the questions I explore.

Across 51 countries, I have navigated different cultures, social systems, professional environments and levels of influence. That exposure has sharpened my ability to read context: how belief systems, social expectations and lived experience shape what people value, how they communicate, and whom they trust.

Adaptability is central to that perspective. I have learned to enter unfamiliar environments, connect across differences, and adjust how I communicate without losing my own point of view. I bring that sensitivity to the human dynamics behind a relationship, a team or a business decision.

My commercial experience is hands-on: building ventures in tourism and hospitality, helping increase sales, implementing sales systems, training sales teams and strengthening company positioning.

I have generated hundreds of thousands of dollars in revenue across industries, participated in international trade fairs, and worked in the Airbnb sector and in the design of hospitality spaces and experiences. I also built a knowledge business generating six figures in annual revenue.

That experience connects positioning to execution: how value is presented, how a team sells it, and how the customer experiences the promise.

My perspective combines training in emotional intelligence with immersion in leadership and performance communities, public speaking, and direct experience working with people across cultural and commercial settings.

I have delivered talks in different contexts, adapting ideas to the people in the room. That practice requires more than knowing a subject: it requires listening, reading the audience, and making complex ideas meaningful.

My focus is the human layer of results, how people interpret a situation, form a connection, build trust and choose a response.
