I’m Natali Constante—biotechnology engineer, global traveler, leadership and transformation mentor, and founder of La Vie by Design.

My work draws on nearly two decades across science, global business, leadership, and human transformation. Trained as a biotechnology engineer and shaped by growing up in the Galápagos Islands, I developed a deep understanding of complex systems,human and ecological alike.

That foundation led me to travel to nearly 50 countries, studying culture, power, decision-making, and leadership across diverse environments. Alongside this global exposure, I built and led ventures in the Galápagos tourism and hospitality industry, negotiated at high levels, represented my region internationally, and guided discerning, high-profile clients.

In 2020, my work entered a deeper dimension. Through advanced training and immersion in elite leadership and performance communities, I underwent a profound identity shift—what I define as a quantum leap. Within my first year of coaching, I built a six-figure business and supported leaders and entrepreneurs in redefining their relationship with money, power, self-leadership, and decision-making.

Yet the most important insight came after success: achievement without alignment becomes a cage. Experiencing this firsthand reshaped my work entirely.

Today, I work at the intersection of human behavior, power dynamics, shadow integration, identity shifts, embodied decision-making, and masculine–feminine balance—guiding leaders who are ready to stop performing success and start living it, by design.
